I know it's a tad late. I had a fun day watching the Lorax (it was perfect for the kindergarteners) and talking about helping the Earth. We made recycled crafts. In preschool we just made the bugs which are from lids to juice bottles. And the kindergarteners actually used those spoons for snack so it was true recycling. And yes I let 3 and 5 year olds use a low temp glue gun :) I squirt the glue and they place the stuff on.
